Can an independent shop really handle my BMW / Porsche / Audi?
Yes — and we prefer it that way. We run the same factory software (ISTA, ESYS, PIWIS, Autel UltraSYS) and follow the same TIS/WIS procedures the dealer does, at $175/hr standard ($150/hr member) instead of $230–$290. The difference is you talk to the tech, not an advisor three desks away.
Will servicing at an independent shop void my warranty?
No. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to service elsewhere. What matters is that the work is done to spec with OEM-grade parts — and documented. We document every job and save the records.
What's included in the free 49-point inspection?
Every module scanned, fluids checked, suspension/brakes measured, leaks identified, tires graded, battery load-tested, and written findings with photos emailed to you — no pressure, no upsells.
Do you use OEM parts?
OEM is our default for critical components (emissions, drivetrain, safety). When there's a better or more cost-effective OE-spec option, we flag it and you decide. No junk parts.
How much does a diagnosis cost?
A scan + 49-point inspection is free. If a repair needs a level-two diagnosis (pin-testing, scope work, tear-down), we quote the diagnostic time up front. Typical: 1–2 hours at $175/hr. Same-day slots open for CEL diagnosis; major repairs usually schedule within a week.
